In Korea, we have repeatedly run rearing trials across farms in regions including Ulsan and Jeju, with the Jeju trial conducted in partnership with the Jeju Free International City Development Center (JDC). During the same rearing period, growth, feed use, mortality, feed conversion ratio (FCR), production index (PI), and tissue quality were evaluated together, and accredited laboratories in Saudi Arabia and Indonesia confirmed no antibiotics in broiler meat samples.

Late-stage productivity
and carcass indicators

A steer trial (about 30 months old) in Gimhae, Korea, evaluated live weight, carcass weight, net meat yield, and dressing percentage together, recording a 1++ meat-quality grade (marbling score 8) under the livestock traceability system. Gyeongsang National University analysis found the loin had a higher fat (marbling) ratio, while the rib showed a comparatively lower-fat, higher-protein tendency, different characteristics by cut.

Species- and temperature-
specific applications

Jeju flounder and starry flounder farms are being used to examine feeding response, growth stability and feed-use efficiency in stages. The operating experience is being applied to species-specific formulations and long-term supply models. In parallel, ValueraumBio is preparing the architecture for AquaLink, an integrated-management platform intended to connect farm, R&D and feed-production data across production, delivery, feeding and harvest records, with future linkage to compound-feed usage evidence and support-program documentation.
